hereby release and hold harmless, the Highland Park High School PTA, the Highland Park Independent School District,
the facility/venues, the Dallas Country Club (All-Night Party) and Brook Hollow Golf Clubor alternate location if needed(Senior Picnic) and their respective officers, directors, employees, and vendors/suppliers for the following Highland Park High School, Class of 2015Senior events: Baccalaureate, Senior Picnic, Elementary School Reunions,Commencement and All-Night Party.
I, Parent/Legal Guardian/Student, understand that the coordinators of the above cited events will work in conjunction with appropriate security/law enforcement agencies/officials who will be hired to staff the above cited events.
I understand that my Student is expected to comply with the rules and regulations of these events, the Highland Park Independent School District Code of Conduct, and all laws governing the State of Texas as they relate to alcoholic beverages and any and all other substances considered illegal by the State of Texas. Any violations of these regulations or the laws governing the State of Texas, will be handled by authorized and/or employed law enforcement agency personnel and will be cause for removal of the Student from these events.
I further understand and agree, that my Student will not be allowed to enter or will be asked to leave the Dallas Country Club, theBrook Hollow Golf Club (or alternate location if needed) and/or any of the above cited events, should the authorized law enforcement personnel determine that the Student has consumed alcoholic beverages and/or any other illegal substances.
