ORDERING

  • All bridesmaids must have payment and contract submitted before any dresses will be ordered.
  • Extra length must be requested by customer when order is placed.
  • Typical ordering time is 12-14 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
  • Ship dates are estimates. It is the bridal party’s responsibility to leave ample time to order.

PAYMENT

  • All orders are FINAL SALES, with no refunds, exchanges or returns.
  • FULL payment of gown is required at time of ordering. Cash, credit or check is accepted.
  • There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
  • An 7.8% Arizona sales tax will be added to all purchases.
  • Brides who purchased a gown at Uptown Bridal will receive a 10% discount on all gowns.

SIZING

  • Uptown is NOT responsible for measurements not taken by an in-store consultant.
  • Uptown is NOT responsible for a change to measurement between ordering and pick-up.
  • If a gown does not fit, measurements will be verified and compared to original.
  • Consultant will recommend a size; however, customer will make final decision.
  • Alterations are to be expected and are NOT included. Measurements decide the closest size, but dresses are not custom sewn to measurements.
  • Designers do recommend ordering one size larger for gowns with side zippers.

ALTERATIONS/PICK-UP

  • All dresses will be shipped to and picked up at Uptown Bridal. We do not SHIP.
  • The bride will be the only person contacted when gowns arrive.
  • Alteration referrals will be given if needed.
  • Please call before picking up to ensure the gown is ready for you.
