Judges and Timer Clinic and Secretary Workshop

We will be holding our annual training seminar in Richland, Washington this year and I encourage everyone to attend, even if you were at last year’s training. Our instructors this year will be Brett Endicott and Lola Rickey.

If any of you have certain topics that you would like to go into in more depth, please let myself or the instructor know. Also, if you have any rodeo or date requests for this upcoming season please turn them in early so they can be considered when making this rodeo seasons schedule. I look forward to seeing you all there.

Remember you must attend at least every other year to maintain your judging/timing credentials.

*Judges clinic begins Saturday @ 9 AM
*Timers Clinic begins Saturday @ 9 AM
*Judges clinic continues Sunday @ 9 AM (if needed)
*Secretaries will meet as soon as the timers are finished.
*A $10 discount will be given this weekend only to renew your membership.

*Clinic is free to renewing Judges and Timers. For new participants a fee of $75 will be charged. This $75 will cover the cost of your 2018 Pro West membership as well.
*Lunch Saturday will be provided at the Hotel by Pro West
*A block of 25 rooms have been set aside for Friday and Saturday night: $69 and $71 -- make sure you identify yourself as being a participant in the Pro West Rodeo Seminar to get this rate.

Please bring the notebook you were given last year so you have your materials and it can be updated

There will also be a board of directors meeting Saturday afternoon after the seminars are over with a no-host dinner at Sterling’s afterwards. Everyone is welcome.

The Shiloh has gone through a “soft renovation” this past year and we’re excited to see their results!
