This part is to be completed by the person seeking to become an external assessor. Refer document PEO-PR-008, Appendix 2 “Assessor Criteria”. Where required, evidence is to be validated by a responsible person who can vouch for you.

NOTE 1: You can only independently assess the complete roles that are identified in your Onsite profile. If seeking to assess roles outside of those identified in your profile, the Subject Matter Expert (SME) needs to be identified in your application with their Rail Industry Worker card number.

NOTE 2:External assessors moving to another organisation and seeking to remain an external assessor are required to notify in writing ARTC of the change.
