There are currently six different Primary Collaboratives in Oldham based on different geographical regions:
· Chadderton Collaborative
· East Oldham Collaborative
· Failsworth and Hollinwood Collaborative
· Royton and Shaw Collaborative
· Saddleworth and Lees Collaborative
· West Oldham Collaborative
The six collaboratives are part of the Oldham Schools Alliance which is led by an executive committee of strategic partners, the Alliance Executive with a headteacher acting as the chair and including representatives from each Local Area Collaborative. The developments of the Alliance are led by a Strategic Lead (Anne Redmond – Head of Kingfisher School) and co-ordinated by an Alliance Manager (Mel Lewis – also based at Kingfisher).
There are three Primary Federations in Oldham:
