A unique identity is required to arrange a grid rental contract, due to new regulations regarding the new national database for electricity suppliers and grid companies; Elhub. Based on the information (name and date of birth) you give in the form, Skagerak Nett will gather your Norwegian national ID number or D-number from the National Registry. The ID-number will be registered in our customer database and will not be visible any other places.
Please note that the registered customeris responsible for the grid rental contract until
Skagerak Nett AS has received the final notice of reading.
If the facility is to be closed or re-opened, please phone Customer Service 35 51 89 90to enable our inspectors to get access to the meterfor reading and closing/opening.
It is important that the owner is aware of the danger of frost bursting of water pipes by the shutdown of the heat during the cold season

Until notification is received from your power supplier is Skagerak Nett AS according to the energy act §3-3 required to deliver power. This force has a relatively high price and are not beneficial for you as a customer. We recommend that you choose a power supplier as soon as possible. Please check the attached list of power suppliers or the website
If the new customer already has an agreement/contract with a power supplier, a message will be sent to the power supplier to inform the supplier of the new meter ID.
