Objectives and tasks
Overall objective:
(Short description of the overall objective of the position - the purpose of the role) / To provide a range of Business Intelligence for the efficient planning, organisation, control and success of the sales and marketing function in LEO UK/IE and support for Cluster Europe North/ Australia New Zealand.
Role and responsibilities:
(Short description of the tasks and responsibilities which are key to the role. List in prioritised order) / The Business Intelligence Intern will provide novel and efficient data analysis, performance measurement and identification of market insights.
Key working relationships:

Requirements to e.g.:

- Regional, National and Sub-national data reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and analytical support to aid Performance monitoring
- Provide ad hoc analysis as requested (e.g. use available data to answer business questions)
- Incorporate a variety of data sources into performance reports.
- Provide data to aid forecasting
- Work with external data providers to ensure data accuracy
Additionally:
- Provide regular business updates
- Requirement to undertake other reasonable tasks or activities which are within the capabilities of the role & as required.

- Very strong numerical/ analytical compete
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as handling on-going and ad hoc requests

- Strong MS Excel skills, database experience and proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
