Describe the activity in more detail (200 words maximum)
The activity will be concerned with water resources in Egypt and the partner country specially rivers. Students will do the activity in different forms, doing researches about how much water there is in rivers, how to keep it clean and how to cut down using it and water uses in both countries. They will also make a piece of drama about how water is useful for live and humans, now and in the past. Ss will also design posters and painting of the Nile River and arrange for a campaign in and outside the school about saving water in Egypt and all over the world .They will hold the International day of saving water activity to call for keeping water and using it sensibly. All these projects will be shared with the partner school.
What impact will this activity have?
- Building team work, developing critical thinking skills, raising the awareness of water problems in the world and how to take part in solving them.
- Involving the international dimension in teaching and learning.

The activity will be about the international problem of children labouring in the world. Younger children will sing songs about childhood and in the school broadcast they will give speeches in Arabic and English about this problem.
Older students will do researches about the statistics and numbers of children working in different countries and in the partner school. They can draw pictures of this problem and show them in the school fair.

Students will present some famous Egyptian recipes and kind of food grown in Egypt .They will prepare for a cooking day at school when they can cook some Egyptian dishes .They will also make presentations about the Egyptian food all over Egypt.
They will also make cookery books which will be sent to the partner school

This work can be done reciprocally by making a part and send it to the partnership so that they can complete it on their side to create one work

This activity will be about the most famous characters in our country and in the partner countries. Students will make presentations with ppt , movie maker or any other video maker programs about the famous characters in Egypt write biographies, set up a school faire with photos of these Egyptian persons in different fields, science, literature, arts and history. They will also hold a Skype conference with the partner school to have some conversations about the most famous characters in both sides.
What impact will this activity have?

3-Studying lives of such great characters will make them take pride in them and set these people as models to follow.

In this activity we will encourage students to invent new things, models or maybe real inventions to solve local and international problems. This will be done in terms of the scientific thinking identifying problems and finding out solutions. This will hopefully be made on both sides of our school and the partner school.
Students will set up a fair for their products to be pictures and sent to other partner schools

This activity is about different kinds of sports played in Egypt and in India .Schools will arrange for a "day for doing sports". We will show how some popular sports are played in both countries. The Indian school has suggested to present some kinds of defence sports like karate, boxing and kunghfu. This was sent recently by the contact teacher in some messages
PE teachers will also hold school contests among students to highlight how important sports are.
Ss will do some presentations about how these sports played, their rules…...etc.
