Q.What and when should I donate?

A. See reverse side for ideas. DO IT ASAP!

Q.What should I do with my items?

A. First, make a list of your items, if you want to declare as non-cash contribution on tax filing.

  • If you can carry the items, bring them to our Tuesday Club meeting, and give them to Dalton Dunbar (or member of this Committee) in the Parking Lot after the meeting.
  • If items are too big/heavy for you to transport, contact Dalton Dunbar (phone 625-0842, or email ) and he will arrange pickup on a Wednesday or Saturday.

Q. Will I get a receipt from the Rotary Foundation acknowledging my donation for tax filing?

A. Yes, after the event you will get a letter acknowledging you made a donation. NOTE: It will not list your items, nor state the value of the donation.
