Welcome to Western Care Association, we hope you enjoy your time with the association. There are a number of expectations the association have of you during the induction period.
Below are the expectations on staff in relation to induction.
  • You are responsible along with your Front Line Manager for completing the induction checklist in a timely manner.
  • (For front line staff), you are expected to be available to work as part of the team to support people using the service you have been assigned to.
  • When you join Western Care Association you are being asked to share in the lives of the people you support which bring considerable responsibilities with it. While there will be tasks that have to be completed on a daily basis, you are expected to support people achieve their goals in life.
