All credit card details must be provided over the telephone prior to the group’s arrival.
To make payment using Credit Card, please contact International Reservations on +617 5635 9659 to supply credit card details. We suggest you submit this form and then contact our International Reservations department to provide credit card details.
Any emails or faxes with credit card details attached will be automatically deleted.

GROUP BOOKING AGREEMENT
*TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the booking and provision of a group function by Village Roadshow Theme Parks Pty Ltd [ABN 60 010 919 623] and is governed by the laws in force in the State of Queensland.
- Confirmation of Booking and Ticket Validity
To confirm your booking you must make payment for twenty (20) or more full paying package guests whereupon it is deemed that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by same; Minimum purchase of 20 passes required to receive discounted price points; Prices valid as per above; Tickets subject to price change; Tickets are valid for entry for Adult, Pensioner or Child (3 - 13 years inclusive); Ticket rates are nett; Full payment required for passes prior to postal delivery; Orders will be processed on a first in basis, please allow 14 days for processing and delivery; Tickets are required to be redeemed at the parks, Booking & Processing Fee applies to each order.
- Cancellation / Refunds
Ticket are non refundable, transferable and extension on validity date is not permitted.
- Payment
You must pay to us the quoted total cost for the booking in full at time of bookingby credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: the quoted total cost for the booking is inclusive of any Goods & Services Tax. A tax invoice will be provided to you upon payment
All admission tickets required for your booking will not be issued until full payment has been received, once payment is received the booking will be finalised and any further tickets or vouchers required will be a new booking and incur fees. Should payment be made by direct deposit, tickets and vouchers will not be issued until the funds have been cleared in our bank account.
