Travel to/in the US All international guests are required to have travel insurance in the case of an emergency. Willow Creek Association is not liable for any medical costs incurred while in the US.

No Children While families are very important to us, Willow Creek Association conferences are adult training events, so children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions. Childcare is not available and we cannot guarantee a separate room for parents to stay with their children.

Photo Release For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for the Willow Creek Association to use your likeness in promotional materials.

Other Lunch on conference day(s) is included in your registration cost.

Pricing Per Person This includes your conference registration fee, lunch and administrative fees. Accommodation with a Willow Creek family can be arranged at a cost of £20 per person and is subject to availability and is not guaranteed– please see Global Hospitality Guest Guidelines and Housing Request form for further details.
