• All bids will be executed subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale. All Absentee Bids are irrevocable and noncancelable.
• All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” without guarantees of any kind. It is your responsibility to inspect all items prior to you placing the Absentee Bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Bell Tower Auctions, LLC offers this service as a convenience at no charge to their customers and will not be held responsible for error or failure to executebids.
• A valid credit card with expiration date is required. Your credit card will be charged at close of auction unless other payment arrangements are made at the time the absentee form is submitted. A 3% credit card courtesy fee is charged on all credit card payments.
• Absentee bids are executed in competition with the audience, on an alternate basis. Due to the uncertainties of bidding

patterns, a lot may sell to the audience for the same amount authorized by an absentee bidder. A (+) sign to the right of bid amount will authorize Bell Tower Auctions, LLC to bid one additional bid. In the event that two Absentee Bids are submitted for the same amount,the Absentee Bid received first will takeprecedence. Bell Tower Auctions, LLC reserves the rights to start the bidding at one-half (1/2) of your total absentee bid amount.

• If your Absentee Bid is successful, you will be contacted no later than 5 p.m. on the day following the auction. You will NOTbe notified if your bid was unsuccessful.
• Successful bids are to be paid for immediately. In the event that items purchased by absentee are not completely paid for by 5 p.m. on the first business day following the auction, Bell Tower Auctions, LLC, will assess a 3% interest charge per month on any part thereof that remainsunpaid, plus storage and transportation fees.
• Successful bidders by must pick up all purchased items by 5 p.m. the first business day following the auction or by appointment. Shipping is not available. Please contact us if you have questions about pick up.
• Any applicable sales tax, Buyer’s Premiums & Credit Card Courtesy fees are not included in your Absentee Bid amount and will be added to the finalbid to obtain the final selling price.
• All bids accepted will be executed subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale as published and available upon request.Due to the quantity of absentee bids, no special instructions can be followed. Please bid knowing you may succeed at all

bids you leave.

• Absentee Bids submitted in person should be received no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the auction.We may be unable to properly handle your bid after that time.
