Pleasant View T-Ball League!!

Parents, Players and Coaches,
Pleasant View is excited to provide an opportunity for T-ball aged children to learn the game of baseball in an organized and encouraging atmosphere. Kids will have a blast while being taught the fundamentals of the game: they will learn the proper way to field, throw, catch, and hit the baseball. This will be accomplished under the watchful and caring eye of coaches who will take a personal interest in each of the children who participate.
On the back please find this year’s registration form. At the bottom of this page we have also provided you with the scheduled game days in advance, so that you will be able to mark your calendars. Additional forms are available in the church office (2782 W. 200 N.), at Reneker’s Sport Shop, and at You also have our permission to make duplicates of this letter and form if you need them to give to friends who may like to try our league.
The season will open up with a free clinic on Saturday, April 22nd,for those who are registered to play in the league. After the clinic, players will be assigned to their teams and meet their coaches who will hand out game schedules and team shirts.
Most games will be played on Monday nights, but we do havefour Thursday night games scheduled. In the case of a rainout, make-up games will be played on the Thursday following the missed game. If the Thursday night games are rained out, they will not be rescheduled.
The first game is scheduled for Monday, April 24th. The season grand finale will be Monday, June 26th,with details to follow.
Please fill out the registration form on the back and return it by March 13th.
There is limited space for 132 players available, so register early.
Age requirementsforT-ball: Must be 5 by December 01, 2017and cannot turn 9 before June 01, 2017.
We encourage you to invite school friends, neighborhood buddies, relatives or anyone that loves baseball and wants to have some fun. Parents,bring your lawn chairs, relax, if you can, and cheer on your children! Please feel free to make copies of the registration form, as we need one form per child that signs up to play.
