PLCB – 2015 HOLIDAY GIFT BAGS
OVERVIEW
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a Contractor to provide two (2) different sizes of silver metalized polypropylene bottle bags. The required sizes and quantities are listed in the Specifications below. The bags will be used in over six hundred Fine Wine & Good Spirits Stores throughout the 2015 Holiday Season. Attached to this bid, you will find a picture of each bag. Please note, sample bags are not available, therefore any request for samples will be denied.

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB),Bureau of Purchasing & Contract Administration, Northwest Office Building – Room 316, 910 Capital Street, Harrisburg, PA 17124-0001, telephone: (717) 705-2238; email: Ms. Tanya L. Readinger is the Issuing Officer and sole point of contact at the PLCB for this IFB.
BID SUBMISSION
Invitation for Bids form BOP-1206 Bid Contract Formmust be signed by an official authorized to bind the bidder to its provisions. FAILURE TO SIGN THE BOP-1206SHALL DISQUALIFY YOUR BID IMMEDIATELY. The bid contents of the successful bidder will be incorporated into the Contract.
Bids must be sealed and may be hand carried or mailed (U.S. Postal service, Fed Ex., etc) and must arrive at the PLCB Bureau of Purchasing & ContractAdministration, Northwest Office Building – Room 316, 910 Capital Street, Harrisburg, PA 17124-0001 on or before the date and time specified on the Invitation for Bid #260305.
Bidders mailing bids should allow time to insure timely receipt of their bid. If a receipt is desired, send by U.S. Certified or Registered mail. Bid #260305 must be documented on the outside of the envelope. Faxed or emailed bids will NOT be accepted.
Bids must be received no later than Wednesday, September16th, 2015- 10:00A.M.
Your price quote MUST be completed on the BOP-1206 Bid Contract Form and submitted per the above instructions.

SAMPLES
Upon request, low bidder must submit a sample of each bag for final approval within one (1) week of notice to proceed. Samples should be sent to the attention of Tanya Readinger, PLCB – Bureau of Purchasing & Contract Administration, Northwest Office Bldg. – Room #316, 910 Capital Street, Harrisburg, PA 17124-0001, prior to delivering finished product. Upon approval of the sample lot, the PLCB will then release the contract.
