PLAYERS & PARENTS:Fundraiser Coupon Cards Are HERE!
We have a great fundraiser that will benefit us all! Here is how this all works:
EARN PRIZES: For every card you sell you will earn a point towards a prize. At the end of the sale, Friday, May 5th, you will be allowed to choose one prize or a combination of prizes for the amount of cards that were sold.
EARN FREE CARDS: For every 10 cards that the parent or player sells by the Friday, May 5thdeadline, that player will receive 1 free card to use or give away as you choose. There is no limit on the amount of free cards you can earn. This is a great way for the parents to earn their cards instead of purchasing them.
EARN TEAM PRIZE: Each team that sells 200 or more cards by the Friday, May 5thdeadline will earn free end of the year team pizza.
EARN ORGANIZATION PRIZE: If $15,000 or more is raise by the Friday, May 5thdeadline, all CBGSA girls and their immediate families will earn an end of the season Surf & Slide Private Party to be held on Saturday, June 10th, 7-9pm.
EARLY-BIRD TURN-IN: There will be only one turn in night to earn entry tickets for the early-bird prize drawing. You will receive one entry ticket for every two cards that are sold. Early-Bird turn in evening isFriday, April 21st. The players will need to fill out the form and their Team Mom/Rep will turn them in. All entry tickets will be entered to win a $200 Softball Gear Shopping Spree!
TOP SELLER: The choice of a32GB Apple iPad Mini 2 with WiFi-OR- 32GB Apple iPod Touch will be rewarded to the person who sells the most cards, with a minimum of 75 cards. Highest amount of cards sold will win; drawing will be done in case of a tie.
ALL MONEY FOR SOLD CARDS MUST BE TURNED IN BY ABOVE DEADLINES TO QUALIFY FORPRIZES.
Each team needs a Team Mom/Rep. They will oversee and be responsible for collecting and turning insales records and money. They will also be turning in prize sheets AND any unsold cards. Parents are responsible for buying any lost cards. Damaged cards can be turned in for credit or replacement. Also, if you sell all your cards, your Team Mom/Rep can arrange for you to get more.

DATES TO REMEMBER:
CBGSA Coupon Card Sale Begins: IMMEDIATELY
Early-Bird Prize Turn-In: Friday, April 21st, 6-8pm
NOTE: THIS IS THE ONLY TURN-IN DATE TO QUALIFY FOR PRIZE ENTRY TICKETS. One prize entry ticket for every 2 cards sold.
Final Turn-In:Friday, May 5th, 6-8pm
(Last day to qualify for the Pizza Party team prize; 200 cards minimum sold per team)
Prize List MUST BE FILLED OUT IN FULL and ALL money turned in by the final turn-in, May 5th. Arrangements need to be made prior to this date if your Team Mom/Rep is unable to attend on this day, to receive any prizes. Please make sure your players have their money, any unsold cards and prize sheets filled out and signed prior to this date. It will be your responsibility to turn in your prize sheets. We cannot guarantee prizes for any prize sheets turned in after this date.PLEASE MAKE THIS A PRIORITY SO THE GIRLS WILL RECEIVE PRIZES EARNED!
Prizes Handed Out:Thursday, May 25th, 6-8pm
It has been very hard in the past to deliver prizes that have not been picked up. Therefore, each team’s Team Mom/Rep will need to come this night to pick up the prizes for their team.
PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THESE DATES. IF YOU DO NOT TURN IN THE ITEMS WHEN THEY ARE DUE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE REWARDS. ALL TURN-INS WILL BE AT FRONTIER MIDDLE SCHOOL CAFETERIA (unless otherwise notified).
