Important Notes on Registration:

Early bird registration is effective only when the filled in registration form is received with appropriate payment by 18August 2017.

At least one author of each paper must complete the registration process at non-student rate positively by 18 August 2017 in order to ensure inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings.

Studentsmust include a letter from the Head of the Institute/Dean/ Department authenticating their full-time student status.

Authors with affiliation other than Indian institutions must register in US$ or €.

In case of multiple papers by an author, each additional paper would be subjected to additional registration charge at reduced rate.

In case of over length papers (exceeding the 6 page limit), each additional page (maximum of two pages for a paper) would be subjected to additional page charge.

Members of IEEE and/or IAPR(including IUPRAI)are entitled for a 10% concession on registration fee (upon production of relevant document).

Conference registration entitlement: registration kit, proceedings (CD), conference lunch & snacks, presenting own paper(s) and attending any lecture session (inaugural/plenary/invited/contributory/valedictory), banquet, cultural program.

Paid accommodation for a limited number of registered participants will be provided in ISI, Kolkata campus on first-come-first-serve basis. Interested participants are requested to submit the prescribed accommodation request form (available in the conference website) to the Organizing Chair, PReMI’17. Accommodation request for accompanied person(s) will not be entertained.
