All Division personnel are responsible for reading and understanding the information contained herein. Drill Hours: / Saturday, 0800-1600 All cadets are required to arrange their own transportation to and from Drill.
Uniform of the Day: / Officers/CPOs: / NWU’s or Khaki’s
Cadets: / Meet at the Nampa Rec Center at 0800-bring swim gear, bring extra NWU pants if you have them (to make a lifejacket)
PT Gear-must be white, yellow, or navy blue t-shirt, navy blue sweats, or shorts. Running shoes.
DRILL ROUTINE
All Cadets: BRING ONE COMPLETED BMR and or Advancement, BRING YOUR BINDER, BRING YOUR LUNCH
0800- MUSTER at Nampa Rec Center, change into swim suits. We will perform 3rd class, 2nd class, and 1st class swim qualifications. This ranges from treading water, abandon ship, 3 different survival strokes, buddy crawl, tying pants into a life jacket, and last swim will be all 3 survival strokes for 250 yards. This is very tiring, so be prepared.
1100- Finish up swimming, change into NWU’s. Drive back to the drill hall.
1130- MESS at drill hall.
1215- Prepare questions for Navy recruiters
1230- Navy recruiter presentation
1330- Marching, close order drill, Color Guard practice
1430- ALPHA SQUAD-Heritage Ships, History, Aircraft CADET BROOKS, INSTRUCTOR JONES
1430- XRAY SQUAD-BMR CLASS, MIDSHIPMAN MARTINEZ
1430- LEAGUER ADVANCEMENT CLASS, CHIEF FARRER, LEAGUER SMITH
1500- CHIEF FARRER will be giving a test to Cadets and Leaguers.
1530- SWEEPERS, CLEANING STATIONS
1600- DISMISS
1. All Cadets/parents and staff are responsible for knowing the POD.
2. Attendance is mandatory for a minimum of 75% of drills.
3. Notify CO/XO or LPO before drill if you will not be there or you will be marked unexcused absent.
