STIPULATION AND CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT
1. and do hereby agree, stipulate,
confess and authorize the entry of judgment against each of them in the sum of $
plus interest at the rate of percent (%) per year from the date of entry, costs and
reasonable attorney’s fees if and in the event they do not fully pay the above mentioned sum pursuant
to the payment schedule described below. Any payments received by Plaintiff prior to default of the
below payment schedule shall be filed as partial satisfaction of this judgment.
2. This agreement, stipulation, confession and authorization for the entry of judgment is for
a debt justly due to Plaintiff which arose from money justly due and owing. After an opportunity to
consult with independent counsel, Defendants and
expressly stipulate and agree that the above mentioned sum is the previously agreed upon amount by
these parties and these fees are presently due and owing.
3. Payment Schedule: the Defendants shall deliver to Plaintiff the sum of $ by cash
or certified check made payable to Plaintiff ona (daily, weekly or monthly) basis with
each payment due on the following schedule and the parties hereto agree as follows:

until paid in full. Each payment shall first be applied to the outstanding interest obligation with the
remainder applied to the unpaid principalamount. If, and in the event Plaintiff does not receive the
above mentioned payment pursuant to the above mentioned payment schedule, since time is of the
essence, Defendants, and each of them, expressly agree that upon the filing of this Stipulation and
Confession by Judgment may be filed with the above Court, judgment may be filed with the above
Court, judgment may be entered against them jointly and severally by the Clerk of this Court as outlined
above and that execution upon this judgment may be commenced immediately.
