1)  Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2013-12-168. A Resolution appointing Janet Sprute for an additional four (4) year term to the Nez Perce County Fair Board, and further providing for an effective date.

2)  Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2013-12-169. A Resolution updating Ordinance No. 77 to include the adoption of the amendments and subsequent revisions and supplements to the International Building Code and other related building codes, and further providing for an effective date.

3)  Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2013-12-170. A Resolution appointing Hannah Liedkie to the Nez Perce County Board of Community Guardians, and further providing for an effective date.

4)  Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2013-12-171. A Resolution authorizing a Solid Waste Site Lease Agreement between Nez Perce County and 21 Ranch c/o J. Patrick McCormack, for one, and further providing for an effective date.
