CSDC Guiding Questions

With your Support Provider consider each of the following questions briefly. Take this opportunity to discuss important issues concerning your class, school, district and community that will impact your effectiveness as a teacher.

Using a pink and yellowpen or highlighter, mark each question based upon these criteria:

Pink= I need a lot of help/support with this

Yellow= I need a little help/support with this

The areas marked in pink can be used as part of your Individual Induction Plan. The area(s) marked in yellow should be addressed on an as-needed basis – and may be good discussion topics with your Support Provider at weekly meetings and/ormonthly seminars.
