1998 –1999 :
Search for projects requiring investments of $100 million and up, based on an investor model within the framework of a banking project and off balance-sheet schemes. Meetings with clients, dynamic factors analysis and preparation of meetings with financial directors.
1995 -1998:
Market study in view of implanting an archiving firm in France. Contacts with various government officials. Analysis of available subsidies. Market evaluation. Market and competition analysis.
On site evaluation of a gold mining operation near Ciudad Piar (Venezuela) (placers). Verification of title holders and claims + assessment of gold concentrations and general viability of proposed project for take over, as mandated by investors.
Visit to Morocco for evaluation of a retirement village project ($200 million US). Inspection of all local resources, contracting, banking. Report to promoters of the project in Montreal, after consultations with Moroccan partners to the project.
1980 -1991: A.I.M. INTERNATIONAL, MONTREAL
Consulting firm based on a team of generalists backed by specialists. Main contracts:
Benson & Hedges: Initially, adaptation and translation of reports, followed by elaboration of position statements. Cases pertaining to problems related to the Direction of Corporate Affairs. Furthermore, development of a technical solution concerning the problem of social acceptance of cigarettes. This study led to an original solution from a marketing standpoint as well as a means to head off legislation based on the carcinogenic and fire hazard properties of cigarettes. A prototype was developed. The project was accepted but not distributed.

Incendex: Revision of the company’s strategic orientation in view of obtaining new financing. Successful at concluding a financing agreement valued at 3,5M$ on the firm’s behalf.
