This application form, duly filled, should be submitted to the Secretariat of the Competition at the twofollowinge-mail addresses: - not later than Thursday, the 8th March, 2018 . The following documents have to be enclosed:

  1. A copy of an identification document or a valid passport;
  2. English writtenresume (curriculum vitae);
  3. Onerecent copyright‐free picture, with a resolution suitable for printing (min. 300 dpi), whichwillbe used for anypromotionalpurposes of the Competition.
  4. A receipt of the applicationfee - €60,00 (net of taxes). Payment must be made againstbank account belonging to “Associazione Piano|Fvg”, viale S. Giorgio - 33081 Aviano/Pn - Italy, holdby:
