TERMS OF TRADE
PURCHASES Are due for payment as follows:
From first to last day of the month due 20th of following month.Penalty on overdue accounts may be charged at 3% per month.I/We agree to indemnify you against all costs, whether commission, legal fee or otherwise, incurred by you or your duly authorized agents relating to any moneys, goods and services that may be outstanding from time to time pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
CLAIMS Any discrepancy in the preparation of an order must be reported to us within seven days of receipt of goods. Packing Slip or invoice number must be quoted.
RETURNS All goods returned for credit must have the applicable invoice
Number accompanying the goods and 30% return cost of original prices will be occurred. Return costs should be paid by sender.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Risk in any goods supplied by Greenhouse BK Limited to a customer shall pass when such goods are delivered to the customer or into custody on the customer’s behalf, but ownership of such goods is retained by Greenhouse BK Limited until payment is made for goods and all other goods supplied by Greenhouse BK Limited to the customer. If such goods are sold by the customer prior to payment therefore then the proceeds of sale shall be the property of Greenhouse BK Limited and held separately until paid to Greenhouse BK Limited.
