All entries must be received by January 15, 2017 to be eligible for consideration.

All photos must be taken in Texas. Winning photos may be featured on both Texas Rural Water Foundation and Texas Rural Water Association training and program materials, as well as website and social media. All accepted photos may be used in various media formats for an unlimited amount of time and at no cost to TRWF or TRWA. Contest entrants agree to abide by all the terms set forth herein and by the decisions made by the judges. Judges decisions are final.

Publicity Release/Permission to Reprint
By typing/signing my name below, I acknowledge I am the owner of the copyrights to this image and I hereby grant the Texas Rural Water Foundation (TRWF) and the Texas Rural Water Association (TRWA) and its agents and assigns the right to use this photo entry for editorial publications, website and social media entries, illustration, advertising, audiovisual and trade and promotion, educational, or any other use for purpose of furthering TRWF/TRWA programs. I hold TRWF/TRWA harmless from any and all liability that might arise out of or result from the foregoing use. My entry signifies that I will abide by all the terms, including that I will provide my true signature if my photo is selected.

Model Release
By typing/signing my name below, I hereby grant the Texas Rural Water Foundation (TRWF) and the Texas Rural Water Association (TRWA) and its agents and assigns the right to publish and otherwise use my likeness in a photograph in editorial publications, website and social media entries, illustration, advertising, audiovisual and trade and promotion, educational, or any other use, without payment or other consideration, for furthering TRWF/TRWA programs. I hereby authorize TRWF/TRWA to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish and distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing TRWF/TRWA’s programs or for any other lawful purpose. I hereby release and discharge the aforementioned parties from all claims, including but not limited to those based on libel, invasion of privacy or violation of any right of publicity, in connection with said publication and use. This consent shall be irrevocable and unconditional, and is entered into with my full knowledge and understanding of the consequences of granting this consent. Additionally, I waive the right to inspect the finished product wherein my likeness appears. In addition, I waive any right to any royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.
