The data recorded in relation to the contest by its organiser will not be disclosed to third persons. By participating in the contest, applicants automatically grant consent for the contact information disclosed by them to be used for notification purposes in relation to the implementation of the contest and the publication of its results as well as for the management of that contact information without consideration. The organiser of the contest will manage the personal information disclosed to it confidentially, in accordance with the provisions of the law on data protection and within the limits of the consent granted by the applicants.

I hereby declare that no copyright issues exist in relation to the above photo(s) and that I am the sole author of the photo(s) and it/they does/do not violate the personal rights of third persons. (If the photo(s) entered into the competition does/do violate thecopyrights or other personal rights of third persons, the applicant shall have full legal liability and relieve the organiser of the contest of any legal liability whatsoever.)

By entering my photo(s) into the contest I expressly waive the right to consideration therefor in the event of the below applications, i.e. I hereby grant consent without consideration to the organiser of the contest to:

  • Publish the photos and make them available to the public on interfaces related to the contest (on the facebook pages of the contestand on the monoripincefalu.hu, kultpince.hu, monoriborut.hu, strazsaborrend.hu, andborrend.hu websites) and at the exhibition organised in conjunction with the contest;
  • Make the photos available to the jury for judging in a manner that excludes access by others;
  • Store the photos entered into the contest without temporal limitation;
  • Display the photos at travelling exhibitions organised in cooperation with the Association of Hungarian Wine Orders (Magyarországi Borrendek Országos Szövetsége).

The organiser of the contest agrees to display the name of the author whenever the photos are displayed at public exhibitions.

The organiser of the contest excludes any and all liability and claim for damages that result from in data disclosure or communication errors or delays during participation in the contest.

By participating in the contest, the applicant automatically submits to the rules of the contest and declares the his/her data submitted are correct.
