PGMS G3 T-Shirt Design Entry Form
May the 4th be with you! – G3 Day 2018
We are celebrating our 8th year of Piney Grove Middle School’s Grizzly Great Day of Giving. It is the largest event of this kind in Forsyth County with over 1050 students, 100 teachers and staff, and 200 volunteers participating. For some, this will be their first community service involvement and the opportunity to see for themselves the impact they can have in our community.
Each year we host a contest for our students to design a t-shirt, with original artwork, that reflects what G3 Day and serving in the community means to them. This year, we have a theme for G3 Day: ‘May the 4th be with you!’ We encourage all students to participate. The G3 Steering Committee will choose the finalists and the entire student body will then vote for the winning design. Names will not be displayed until the winner is announced. The winning t-shirt design will be displayed front and center on over 1200 t-shirts worn by students, staff, and volunteers on G3 Day 2018!

· Please turn in all t-shirt design entries (w/entry form attached) to the PGMS front office
· All entries are due no later than Friday, October 13th at 4:30PM

Directions for Entering Your Design:
1. Design must be created with markers or an original graphic design
submitted on a 8½ by 11 inch paper.
2. Artwork is limited to 3 colors
3. Please submit artwork with an entry from attached and turn into the Main Office. Include your name on the back of your artwork.
4. Entry forms can be found in the Main Office or on the PGMS G3 website at www.forsyth.k12.ga.us/Page/49203
5. All entries must be received by 4:30 pm on Friday, October 13th.
