We are now applying for compulsory product certification of our own accord. Conforming to the Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification and following the Rules and Procedures for Compulsory Product Certification and the Procedures for the Changing of Certified Products set by the certification center, we will accept type testing, factory inspection, follow-up inspection, and pay certification fees according to relative regulations. 1) Application for compulsory product certification;
2) Business license of corporation, or registration certificate of the applicant;
3) Proving materials related to the trademark (where applicable)
4) Questionnaire for Factory Inspection (can be downloaded at www.cemc.org.cn) or Factory Inspection Report;
5) List of critical components and/or materials (concerning safety and EMC);
6) Descriptions of the difference between the representative model and other models;
7) Nameplate of the model(s) in Chinese;
8) CB test report and CB certificates (where applicable);
9) Relevant agreements (where applicable);
10) Product assembly chart, electrical principal diagram, and circuit diagram if needed;
11) User’s manual in Chinese (where applicable);
12) Photos of the models to be certified if needed;
13) Other documents if needed.
