Much discussion about the Q12 and how it can be better designed to give us more specific feedback for the crews and the organization.

Much discussion about character and how this affects our organization

Covey, Randy Bauer, Etc.

2.5 Captains Training in 2010

My Ideas:

- C-Shift Safety Officer Training

- ICS at multiple company actions; move up to group and division - what is expected?

- Bail out - all capabilities of it

- Mayday process

2.6 Asbestos Removal on Scene?

Question from Len: no actions, Bob is going to find someone to research real risk, and possibly a vacuum.

Don't have to do it and get wet, use judicious judgment

2.7 Restoration Companies

Discussion about too much authority being given to the RCs. If in doubt, then we will provide a fire watch.

2.8 Acting BC Training

Tom will staff this when we are fat with Captains, and actors

2.9 Wildland team coordinator selection issues

Why panel, Chief, and now Ops to make decision?

2.10 Dive Team Issues

Can't really count on them like in the old days.

2.11 Engine 3 Issues

Gages not replaced, problems with injectors, not coming back until gages are replaced.

Follow-up for Tom with disposition from Jim with the replacement gages.

3. Bureau On the Radio

Added Sprinkler techs, requested by Dispatch due to manning

B18 Bill

Roger

4. Avago

Did have the exercise, they are not capable for ICS, good AAR info from Kelly who is our Shift Rep for Avago.
