SONATRCH DP Hassi-Messaoud (Algeria) / I done the following operations on work Over Rig WDI 804 withCanrig 1035-AC- 500top drive & Rig 805 with Kelly, Rig IDM Telescopic Cantilever joystick break
Rig move: general rigging down, rig down top drive or Kelly, lower derrick, scope in derrick, lower sub-structure, spotting sub-base with well centre, raise sub-structure & dog-house, scope out derrick and pin, raise derrick, rig up top drive or Kelly, level mast to center the stand of DC with rotary table, drill mouse hole and rat hole, supervise general rigging up, Slip & cut drilling line 1 3/8”, Spooling in new 1 3/8" drilling line on hoisting system.
Operations: doing killing the well, change well head( N/D X-Mass-Tree, N/Up THS Adaptor spool, master valve) set BPV and Two way BPV, retrieve completion ( release anchor seal ,retrieve hanger, milling and retrieve packers( Halliburton and Baker packers) ,cut tubing with chemical cutter using RCT( Radial Cutting Torch ), cleaning ,breaching and scratching 7” casing and liner , cementing job, cure week formations with cement plug, logging operations( GR, METT, USIT, Neutron, Density, Resistivity, Caliper), milling liner, wash over operations, set whipstock,set RBP Packer, casing test (FIT ,SBT, Leak off test) drilling sections with OBD( vertical and horizontal sections), and UBD method( crude oil with nitrogen ,drill pipe and annular injection) short radius and medium radius, drill wells with complete losses, use Rhino reamer to enlarge hole from 6” to 7” ,Run & cemented 5 ½” expandable open hole liner, Run & cemented casing and liner ( perforated ,slotted, blinked) run completions with accurate space out, test BOP’s, DST, flow test and build up pressure test , fishing wire line , casing patch, internal and external tubular cut ,cased hole and open hole fishing, retrieve junk, coring 6”hole, Drill 3 ¾” slim hole, etc….
