Rus has worked in almost every area of employment from small charities to government departments from shipbuilding to equitation centres. He has also worked at pretty much every level of staff hierarchy; on one particularly memorable day he worked with twelve plastic welders (only two of whom spoke English) in the morning and with eight board directors in the afternoon. He also works with staff and volunteers at not-for-profit organisations and charities

~Creating and managing aUK-wide Customer Service Advisor of the Year Competition for a multinational (three years in a row!)
~Carrying out a full companywide TNA using annual appraisals and management interviews.
~Creating and delivering a suite of blended learning interventionsfor a global professional services firm. Also devised a nationwide change communication strategy for the UK operation, facilitated top team off-sites three years running (and several other team off-sites) and trained a global team of trainers to deliver to a consistent standard.
~Developing and delivering Virtual Classroom live on-line learning for commercial and NFP clientss.
~Carrying out management consulting projects for a charity; improving their recruitment and retention of people, writing policies and procedures, developing documents to help them win funding and statutory support.
~Tendering, project managing, designing and delivering of £350k worth of blended learning solutions with a UK consultancyfor a nationwide client.
