uccessful dynamics and interchanges between teaching and learning is often determined subjectively rather than objectively. We cannot always know if a lesson is learned unless and until we evaluate the instruction process through means of questioning and testing each learner. This measure of learning is subjective in that each learner's score reveals whether or not learning has occurred, with otherextenuating factors excluded. A variable in instructing others is predicated upon whether or not the subject, who is to learn, is receptive to what is being taught. Teachers can only teach, they can never "learn" for their students.
Scholastically, the effective classrooms are usually those where the teacher to student ratio is the smallest.A smaller number of learners may allow a more personal approach to instruction.Instructors are more effective if they get to know their students and build upon their knowledge
In the classroom of life, God personally instructs us from the general textbook, the Holy Bible. No matter what one studies in life, the Bible will always be the major textbook. From the Bible, we are instructed and compelled to personally STUDY to personally show OURSELVES approved unto God!
Christian Discipleship is about relationships more than religion. It is a personal relationship between the believer/disciple/learner and God/Master/Instructor! The Holy Spirit is a personal Tutor for those seeking to know Christ and to make Christ known. It is difficult to teach others about Christ if one has not encountered Christ, personally. There is a stark difference between knowing about Christ and knowing Christ, in a personal way. While the Bible is a general manual revealing "Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth," it is also a personal guide for each of us. When reading the Bible, there is a divine mystery of God speaking to all –yet personally inspiring, informing and instructing me, personally!

Heavenly Father, I bow in worship and praise before You, thanking You for personally instructingme to be ready to do your work. Thank You for personally equipping me, and thank You for the opportunity You have given to me to bless the lives of others. Strengthen us during this privilege of prayer time to know You more and more; and help us to follow Your instructions to do greater mission ministry that will honor Your Name and the Name of Your Son, our LORD, JESUS CHRIST. Amen.
