We offer luxury accommodation to students, undergraduates and postgraduates for short and long term renting. In addition the company also invests in premium commercial property. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to work directly with the senior management and directors. The company is looking for interns to carry out varied duties as listed below according to their ability; we are not expecting all candidates to be able to carry out all the duties but will move towards their natural ability. At the same time we are looking for candidates who have a self developing orientation, who have the ability to continuously improve and learn new skills, and increase their personal capability. With management teaching, ongoing training and mentoring from the company staff the candidate will be able to handle their role. Candidates should demonstrate good personality and positive attitudes towards their own goals. Work Alongside:

Managing Director, Marketing Director, Sales Director, Financial Director & Operational team

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm,

3/4 hour for lunch. We do insist on taking regular break to get some fresh air and to keep you focused.

Main Responsibilities Include:

-Secretarial duties and tasks.

-Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management

-General administrative duties to ensure the day to day business runs effectively

-Additional projects agreed to meet your personal internship & development goals

-support company manager in executing his strategy;

-organize business travel, visas, hotel accommodation and itineraries, efficient diary management;

-managing expenses;

-vast use of the internet for research;

-strategic involvement in new projects development and working on and allocating staff in projects;

-exciting insight into the business strategy and applying sub projects for the managing partner under

-his supervision;

-involvement in drafting project goals and assigning projects to staff and/or managing projects

-yourself;

-provide/arrange PA/ admin support to project teams and other qualified professionals;

-audio/ copying typing, dealing with telephone enquiries both internal and external;

-create document and management, including typing as necessary;

-organization and supervision of the managing partners administrative tasks;

-act as a liaison with the managing partner putting together proposals and dealing with any client

-issues;

-create and update the existing database and taking responsibility to ensure that all information is

-correct;

-attend, contribute and take minutes at team meetings when required;

-industry research when required, and assisting with marketing projects, helping manage the

-departments target listings and marketing initiatives;

Person Specification:

-A degree or qualification in an adequate area (Business Studies, Accounting, Finance, Management Studies, Business Activities, etc.);

-A self motivated hand on proactive approach when dealing with clients and suppliers;

-Ability to prioritize your workload and following the company culture of going beyond what’s expected;

-Capability of working individually and as part of a team;

-Strategic and innovative thinking and fresh creative opinion.

Who will be responsible for my mentoring & training program?

This mentoring & training will be by the Managing Partner Neeraj Takiar. Neeraj is the managing partner trainer, practioner, consultant, entrepreneur who has over 20 years experience in the management arena.

He has exited 2 previous businesses including Eternity Football which was dealing with 48 football clubs in 12 countries. He is also the Director of Raan Investments which was established in 2009 is one of the UK's best Boutique Student Accommodation brands. He is accredited by The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
