  • I am currently an employee of Grand Hyatt Muscat Hotel as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Finance Department where my duties involve:

Ø  Check City Ledger Supporting bills against reports printed from Opera

Ø  Check accuracy of folios against billing documents

Ø  Check accuracy of credit card reconciliation prepared by Night Auditor

Ø  Check supporting documents of each credit card transaction of the day

Ø  Send email to Bank for cancellation of pre-authorization on basis of back-ups provided by front office daily

Ø  Investigates disputed charges and follows up

Ø  Posting of credit card payment

Ø  Preparing rebate
