SILVERSTONE CIRCUITS LTD

PERSONAL ASSISTANT 2-4-1 TICKET APPLICATION 2018

We want everyone to enjoy our events, feel safe and be part of the action. We hope to help you in making an informed decision about where you view the racing from, what facilities we have on site and how best to enjoy the event. Via our 2-4-1 scheme, we provide many of our disabled customers who require full time assistance with a free ticket for a Personal Assistant. Please take time to have a look at our website: has event specific arrangements so that we can ensure you have a stress free and pleasurable visit.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

Our wheelchair platforms have fold out seats available for your Personal Assistant situated behind the wheelchair bays, excluding the general admission wheelchair areas where you will be required to provide your own seating. Platforms are raised for a clear view of the action. Each platform has a steward nearby to assist should you need it.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

We do have Accessible seating, this is available with those that have limited mobility but can access a seat. Seats include aisle seats, seats with few or no steps. Please discuss with us further.

We can only process your request on receipt of this completed form. Please note disabled tickets are limited and some events sell out quicker than others. All bookings will cease a week before the event.

ELIGIBILITY

Silverstone reserves the right to check a person’s eligibility under the Equality Act 2010. All disabled visitors entering on a paid for adult ticket are entitled to bring one PA free of charge. Please note if the disabled person is a child (15 or under) you will need to buy an adult ticket and claim a free child ticket as the PA. To claim your free carer ticket we will require you to send proof of disability by providing one of the following.

  • Confirmation of most recent higher rate care and mobility of DLA
  • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) of Daily Living Component at the Enhanced level
  • Attendance Allowance Higher Rate
  • Certification of being registeredblind or partially sighted.
  • Copy of blue badge required to purchase disabled car parking – Moto and F1 GP only

Please note: your blue badge or incapacity benefit will not be considered sufficient for you to participate in the 2-4-1 scheme or to use the disabled facilities.

Children (aged 15 and under) with a disability must be accompanied by an adult paying the full retail rate as with all child tickets for the venue.

With regret, we may be unable to process late applications and all PA tickets must be prebooked and paid three weeks prior to the event. We cannot accept applications on arrival to the event.
