1.  Each sign application was not filled out entirely and correctly. Provide for each sign the width of the building front in feet, the location of the sign on the premises, principle wording of each sign, total area of the sign in square feet. 10/15/2014-Width at building front is 40’, new application filled out.

2.  Also are there other signs on the premises? If so, provide for each sign the permit#, type of sign, dimensions of sign, location of sign, and principle wording of sign. 11/15/2014-Information provided.

3.  11/12/2014-HOLD per Community Planning: Applicant needs to provide plans for the DSP process since it is in the M-U-TC zone. 01/07/2014-OK per Steve Adams and the Approved Riverdale Park mixed use town center book

4.  Site is within the MUTC zone which requires DSP (Detailed Site Plan Review) for signage. This was stated in the SP-11004/ PGCPB No. 12-02 (Liquor store). Provide the Approved DSP plans or you will need to apply for DSP for signage. Once approved submit the approved plans for this permit package. (f) Mixed Use Zones.

(1) In the Mixed Use Zones, the design standards for all signs attached to a building shall be determined by the Planning Board for each individual development at the time of Detailed Site Plan review. Each Detailed Site Plan shall be accompanied by plans, sketches, or photographs indicating the design, size, methods of sign attachment, and other information the Planning Board requires. In approving these signs, the Planning Board shall find that the proposed signs are appropriate in size, type, and design, given the proposed location and the uses to be served, and are in keeping with the remainder of the Mixed Use Zone development and, in the M-X-C Zone, are in conformance with the sign program as set forth in Section 27-546.04(j).
