INSTRUCTIONAL COACH

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. The evaluator is to rate the instructional coach on a four-point scale as indicated below.

2. The evaluator is encouraged to add pertinent comments at the end of each major function.

3.  The instructional coach is provided an opportunity to react to the evaluator's ratings and comments.

4.  The evaluator and the instructional coach must discuss the results of the appraisal and any recommended action pertinent to it.

5.  The instructional coach and the evaluator must sign the instrument in the assigned spaces.

6.  The instruments must be filed in the instructional coach’s personnel folder.

internal and external groups.

2.  When appropriate, serves public relations by

being a liaison between the school and the

community.

development activities to appropriate personnel.

5.  Assists in the orientation of personnel.

6.  Supports communication between central office

administrative staff and school staffs, state and

regional administration.

7.  Identifies and participates in personal professional

growth experiences.
