Mr. Fry open the meeting with the home and school agenda. Ballots were given to vote for Chairrunning for position were Darren Dyke, Jennifer Richard, Tony Bourgoin. Ballot were counted by Mr.Fry and Mr. Greenwood. Darren Dyke has been elected as our new Home and School Chair. Only one person came forward for treasure and secretary so position did not need to be voted on. Our Vice Chair has maintain her position from last year.

Mr. Fry discuss about the decision being made for the Apple picking trip that he had email past committee members about using $1400 from the home and school account there was no objections to him doing this and the trip was the same week as the request we had to act fast on a decision.
A review was done for the proposed events for the school year 2016-2017
October 27 will be ourHalloween Howlour Chairs for this event will be Kathleen Croft and Michelle Dyke (thank you ladies) all questions and concerns can be email to Kathleen r to Michelle . A budget was approved of $500 by the committee to cover the cost of BouncyCastle candy etc.. Kathleen will provide a list for Mr.Fry of what is needed for the Halloween Howl.
OurVendor Nightwill be November 17 our Chair for this event will be Jennifer Richard (thanks you Jennifer)all questions and concerns can be email to Jennifer
OurSanta Martwill be December 15-16 our Chairs for this event will be Kathleen Croft and Michelle Dyke (thanks you ladies) all questions and concerns can be email to Kathleen r to Michelle
Michelle Dyke as our pass Treasure gave a recap of our last years Debit and credits and pass this information on to our new Treasurer Yvon Dionne
Mr. Greenwood discuss a artist doing a painting with our students and being involved in the art work.When the painting would be completed it would be used as a fundraiserfor the school in a online auction. Mr. Greenwood will give more information for our next meeting.
Ideas were brought forward for up coming fundraisers bakeless bake sale, candles.
Kathleen Croft will be Chair for theCandlesfundraiser it will be held in November date to be determine and more information will be given at next meeting by Kathleen.
Next meeting will discussBreakfast with Santawhich will be held on a Saturdayjanitor needs to be hired for this event.
Next meeting is schedule forWednesday November 16 2016 at 6:30pm not all meetings will be on Wednesday there will be flexible times.
