WHEREAS the House owner is the sole absolute owner of

NOWTHISDEEDOFTENANCYWITHNESSETHTHEFOLLOWING:-
1. ThattheTenancyshallbeinitiallyfortheperiodof

2. ThattherentpayablebytheTenant totheHouseownerorhisAuthorizedperson,

whichisherebyacknowledgedbythehouseownerbythese presents.Thisadvance amountshallbereturnedtothetenantbythehouseowneratthetimeofvacating thesaidpremisesafteradjustingtheduessuchasrent,watercharges, maintenance chargesandelectricitydues,apartfromcostof damagesif any.
4.That the said house premiseshave a separate normal three phase household electricity connectionandthetenantshallpaytheelectricity chargestothe ElectricityBoardasperthemeterReadingnotedinthecard.
5.ThattheCorporationPropertytaxandwaterandseweragetaxshallbepayable bythe house owner but the tenant shall paythe waterconsumptioncharges periodically and likewise any running charges consequent to the usage/consumptionbytheTenantshallbe payablebythetenant.
6.Thatthefittingsandfixturesinthehousepremisesareingoodconditionandthe tenantreturnthesametothehouseowneringoodconditionexceptingnormal wearandtearbeforevacatingthehousepremisesandactualcostofdamagesif any,shallbe reimbursablebythetenanttothehouseowner.
7. Thatthetenanthasagreedtoensure“minimumstay”foraperiodofsixmonths.
Thetenanthasagreed togivetwomonthsnoticebefore vacatingthehouse. Incase ofshorternoticethetenanthasagreedtopay twomonthsrenttothehouseowner. TheHouseowner asagreedtogivetwomonthsnoticetothetenantwhichperiod doesnotconsiderthe“minimumstay”periodclause.
8.Thatthetenantshallnotsubleaseorsubleteithertheentireoranypartofthe tenantedhousepremises.Thetenantedhousepremisesshallbeusedonlyfor livingpurposeof thetenantandhisfamilynotforanyothercommercialorillegal purposes.
9.Thatthetenanthasagreedtokeepthehousepremisescleanandinhygienic conditionincludingthesurroundingareasandthetenant hasagreednottodo anyactionthatwouldcausepermanent/structural damages/changeswithout obtainingpriorconsentfromtheowneronimpactandcosts.
10.Thatthehouseownershallbeatlibertytoinspecttothehousepremisesbyhim selfandorbyanyotherauthorizedperson(s)asandwhennecessary.
11. Thatthetenanthasagreednottokeepanypetanimalsin thehousepremises.
12. Thatthetenant hasagreedto handover maindoorkeys(----Nos),bedroomkeys(-
---Nos),tubelights(-----Nos)andthebulbswithfittings(------Nos)alongwith theEBcardtothehouseowneratthetimeof vacatingthehouse.
