Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing (PCS)
SGS Web Data Codebook: 2001 – 2009
NOTES:
- SGS Web is the sentencing guideline application used by the counties to calculate guideline recommendations and report sentences to the Commission.
- Data sets are available in either General Release or Contracted Release versions. See the Commission’s Release of Information Policy (http://pcs.la.psu.edu ) for more details.
- The following variables are not included in the General Release version: SSN, Narrative, Reason_Text and are designated with an asterisk (*).
