NOMINATION FORM

The PennfieldHall of Fame Committee accepts nominations beginning October 1st through March 1st each year, for thePanther Athletic Hall of Fame. A committee will then review the nominations and a new class of Hall of Fame members will be introduced during a Fall Football game and banquet.

Any individual is entitled to nominate a past Pennfield athlete, coach or community member who you feel is deserving of this honor.

Nomination Criteria:

  1. All nominees must have demonstrated the highest levels of integrity and character before their induction
  2. Any past athlete who graduated from Pennfield High School, contributed to the athletic program while at Pennfield or at a higher institute of learning.
  3. Any Pennfield Schools coach who is no longer coaching at Pennfield and who had a minimum of 10 years of service coaching in the district.
  4. Any volunteer who contributed service to the athletic programs at Pennfield for a minimum of 10 years.
  5. Because of extenuating circumstances, individuals may be considered for selection by the committee who may not meet the above criteria.
  6. Past teams will not be considered for nominations. Individuals only.
