Payment: We prefer you pay cash but if that is not possible please make checks payable to Penndale Middle School and put Cheerleading in the memo. Please put order form and payment in a sealed envelope with your cheerleader’s name on it.

Also, we have had questions in the past if parents can buy clothing for themselves or siblings to wear and support Penndale Cheerleading. We encourage and support parents purchasing clothing for themselves and siblings to help support Penndale Cheer, please just add those orders it to this order form.
