Dear Baseball Friends,

Welcome to Baseball Camp! We have an awesome week of baseball fun planned for July 14-18. Camp begins at 9:00 a.m. and drop-off should be via School House Lane in the front entrance of the campus, pick up there at 3:30 p.m. - Rain or Shine. Turn left at the stop sign to the Front Circle and wait on the loop between the UpperSchool and the front fields. A counselor will be stationed here to assist your camper and help direct him to our meeting place, which is the front baseball field. Pick-up is at 3:30 p.m. and will be at the same loop. “Early-bird” drop off is at the kindergarten playground via the Fox Street entrance, and after-care pick up is in the basement of the Lower School via the Fox Street entrance through the red door or the blue surface playground. (If it rains, campers may spend some of the day in anUpperSchool classroom/gym)

Please wear baseball attire, a hat, bring a glove, bat, cleats and sneakers for inside, sunglasses, water bottle—helmet and batting glove are optional. Bring catchers gear, if the athlete is a primary catcher. Please apply sunscreen to your child if he burns easily. Lunches will be not be refrigerated so please supply a cold pack if needed. If you have signed up for the lunch option, we will supply lunch so there is no need to bring your own. Valuables should not be brought to camp.

Please make sure you have completed the medical form which is available on our registration site and have it returned before the first day of camp. Campers will not be permitted to participate in any activity unless we have the completed medical form.We will have a nurse on staff all day so please call the camp office if you need to bring medications or if you need to inform us of your child’s special needs.

Please remember that the total payment for Baseball Camp is due before your child begins camp on July 14th, including any early bird or after camp fees. We look forward to having your child with us this week. Please don’t hesitate to call or email the camp office if you have any questions or concerns.
