- To increase our awareness on utilizing chemicals safely and keep them securely from non-responsible person that has malicious intention to use them for harming people and environment.
- Toimprove working performance of the relevant stakeholders, as part of the efforts in achieving the WSSD/SAICM’sgoal in 2020.

Enhancing the establishment of chemical safety and security culture in developing country
Chemical Safety both in Chemistry Laboratory and Chemical Industry.
Chemical Security, securing chemicals from being use as precursors in production of prohibited alcoholic drink, drugs and explosive.
Regulation and Control of Dangerous (hazard and risk) Chemicals in Indonesia.
Developing Chemical Industry and Trade, to support the WSSD/SAICM Goal 2020.
