HOST:Noblesville Swim Club

LOCATION:NoblesvilleHigh School: 18111 Cumberland Rd., Noblesville, Indiana.

The high school is located one block west of State Road 37, and 1/2 mile

north of State Road 32.

FACILITY:Short course yard, 25-yard pool, eight lanes with non-turbulent lane markers, and three additional warm-up lanes in the diving well. Starting depth is 4’5”. Electronic Daktronics timing system, touch pads, back up buttons with digital watch back up. Spectator seating located above pool. No charge for parking.

The competition course has not be certified in accordance with 102.2.2C(4). At the publication of this meet letter, the Noblesville Swim Club is actively seeking to certify the pool prior to the start of the meet OR will be certifying the pool in the event the a national record is broken.

ENTRIES:Entries will open at 11:00 am the day of the meet. All swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming. Swimmers will be entered using their first and last names, age, and USA number as they arrive. We would like for swimmers to arrive and be entered no later than 5:00 pm, however, entries will be accepted throughout the time trial. Swimmers are encouraged to bring someone who is able to time them in case needed.

FORMAT:All events will be timed finals. We will determine the order of events after everyone has entered. Swimmers may make as many attempts at an event as they like. We will make sure that all swimmers have plenty of time to rest between events. No more than 5 events.

FEES:$2.00 Indiana Swimming surcharge per swimmer

RULES:

Current USA Swimming and Indiana Swimming rules will govern this meet. Coaches MUST constantly display their USA Swimming coach credential to gain deck access. The meet referee reserves the right to inspect for coach credential and will deny deck access if the coach does not comply or card is no longer valid. Please send this proof with your club’s entries. Swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming to be accepted into this meet. Age as of 07 Nov 2014, shall determine swimmer’s age group for the entire meet. Indiana Swimming does not process on-site registrations.

Any swimmer entered in the meet, unaccompanied by a USA Swimming Member Coach, must be certified by a USA Swimming Member Coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race within the water. It is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.

USA Swimming Rules 202.3.2 - At a sanctioned competitive event, USA Swimming athlete members must be under the supervision of a USA Swimming member coach during warm-up, competition, and warm-down. The Meet Director or Meet Referee shall assist the athlete in making arrangements for such supervision.

Swim Suit Legislation – Effective 25 January 2010 (102.9.1 B)

In swimming competitions, the competitor must wear only one swimsuit in one or two pieces except as provided in USA Swimming Rule 205.10.1. All swimsuits shall be made from textile materials. For men, the swimsuit shall not extend above the navel nor below the knees, and for women, shall not cover the neck, extend past the shoulder, nor extend below the knee.

Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms

Changing into orout of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designatedareas is strongly prohibited.

SCHEDULE:Warm ups start at 5:00 pm and will run for approximately 60 minutes. The diving well will be available for warm up and warm down through out the evening.
