Evaluation Form: Fall 2010
First-Year Seminar Mentor for Academics and Writing Evaluation Form
Thank you for all your hard work this year! It is because of your dedication that Middlebury is able to foster this program. Please take a few minutes to give us your insight into your experience as a First-Year Seminar Mentor. Any suggestions you have will enhance the quality and integrity of the program for both future Mentors and for the student body. Thank you, Mary Ellen and Yonna.

- Have you attended optional sessions such as Ref-Works or CTLR events? If so, have they been helpful?
- What topics would you like to see in additional optional sessions?
