General Notes:

Band would be a pull-out program during the 5th grade E/I time

Grades 3, 4, and 5 would get Art and Music once in a rotation, and once every 4 weeks, twice in a rotation

Grades 1 and 2would be on semesters. In the first semester, classes might have 2 PE and 1 music or vice versa, and then in the next semester, it would switch

Every two weeks, Kindergarteners would get 3 music, 3 PE, and 3 art classes, all with 25 minutes each.

The special areas teachers could meet in the area between the gym and art room to switch classes.

Kindergarten would get 25 minutes of library once every 2 weeks (the librarian could schedule extra library with those students as needed.)

Kindergarten Note: All classes are 25 minutes each, with the special areas teachers switching after 25 (for a total of 50 minutes of planning for the K teachers.

Library would not have any classes on the morning of the B day

The PE teacher and traveler would have to split some classes at each grade level, but could team teach in the large gym on the rotation day

This would guarantee 100 minutes of art, music, and PE for Kindergarten every week and 200 minutes for every other grade level

•4th grade would have to come to specials in 4 classes/ sections instead of 5

Special areas would all have lunch/ planning from 11:45-12:40
