School Shop Order Form

The School Shop now sells a range of uniform and stationery items as shown overleaf. These can be bought direct from the shop during opening times or by handing in an order form with payment at Reception and specifying the date and time on which you would like to collect your items.

Until 18 July 2014 the shop will be open at the following times;

Daily 8.00 am – 9.00 am and 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm

Tuesday/Wednesday 12.35 pm – 1.35 pm

The shop will also be open during the holidays as follows:

Fridays 11.00 am – 4.00 pm (not open 1st August)

Thursday 31st July 11.00 am – 4.00 pm

Monday 1st September1.30 pm – 3.30 pm

Tuesday 2nd September10.00 am – 3.00 pm

If you would like to place an order please mark the items required on the order form overleaf making sure that you indicate the size required where appropriate and when you would like to collect your order. Please make sure that you enclose payment with the order form. Unfortunately we cannot take orders without payment.

Your order will be put together and will be ready for you to collect from Reception on the day and time indicated.
