- Pkg svcs 12.8% increase
- Eliminate some presorted rates
- Eliminate regional rate box C
- Eliminate critical letters & flats
- Priority mail exp – 15.6% increase
- Parcel select LW – not categorized as machinable or nonmachinable
- Available on postal explorer
