Pay Monthly Costs – After School and Breakfast Club
The Class Of Their Own Pay Monthly scheme allows you to spread the cost of your After School Care over 12 months, so you pay exactly the same amount every month on a convenient date for you. You can set up a regular standing order or a regular childcare voucher payment.

Ability to swap a limited number of sessions per year (if your child attends one day you can do one swap, two days you can make two swaps and so on)
By automating the payment process, staff in the clubs will be able to spend less time doing administration and more time with the children. The scheme is open to parents wishing to set up a standing order with their bank, or a regular childcare voucher payment.

I hereby agree to make all necessary payments to Class Of Their Own for the After School Club. If I wish to increase, decrease or cancel any sessions, Class Of Their Own will calculate the amount owed, and I will make any payments which are due. If a refund is owed to me, Class Of Their Own will refund my money within 14 days.

Class Of Their Own – Pay Monthly Scheme Details
For the scheme to work, both parties agree there are 39 weeks of the school year. If there are more of any days in a particular year we do not charge more, and if there isless, we do not give a refund.
Please note; most bank holidays take place during school holidays, so it is our belief that all days are generally equally represented over the year. School Inset days are included in the calculation and are not refundable. If your child attends a pick up school rather than the host school (i.e. the school where the club is actually located), you should check the schools have similar Inset Days – if they do not, the Pay Monthly Scheme may not be the best payment option for you.
Once you have signed up to Pay Monthly, you will still be able to change your days with 4 weeks’ notice – we will then calculate whether a refund can be processed or whether a payment is due.
Paying By Standing Order
If you want to pay by Standing Order, please use the table above to calculate your monthly amount, and set up a standing order with your bank. It is your responsibility to set up the Standing Order with your bank. The standing order must be set up to send us the same amount on the same date of each month. Your first payment must be made before the end of your first month of joining. You will need to provide your bank with these details:

Paying With Vouchers
Most childcare voucher providers allow you to set up a regular monthly payment. Each voucher provider has a slightly different system, therefore you will need to contact them directly to find out how you need to do this.
